Site Upgrade

Hi all,

Sorry the site has been down. Mark is away for a while so I thought it would be a good time to upgrade (== recompile Gentoo from scratch more or less).

Hopefully the forum should be working, there might still be a couple of issues. For instance I'm fixing forum email now.
